October 2018: MACBETH by William Shakespeare

In the mid 19th-century, on the grounds of what is now the College of Mount Saint Vincent, legendary Shakespearean actor and Bronx resident Edwin Forrest began the construction of Fonthill Castle, built to resemble Dunsinane, the home of Shakespeare’s Macbeth (Forrest’s most notable role). RMTG is proud to present a new production of Shakespeare’s classic tale of ambition and murder in Cahill Theater, just steps from the castle it inspired.
