FREE WORKSHOP: DIALECTS FOR THEATER

In a 60-minute workshop featuring actors from NEIL GAIMAN’S NEVERWHERE, we’ll discusses the art of the accent, and the ways in which actors master accents and dialect in the process of building a performance. Participants will sample the process themselves, working with accents and dialect .

FREE WORKSHOP: ACTING SHAKESPEARE

Acting Shakespeare. In a 90-minute class, RMTG Artistic Director Tal Aviezer works with students on Shakespearean scenes and monologues from Much Ado About Nothing, helping participants explore Elizabethan language, make dramatic choices, and bring characters to life.

FREE WORKSHOP: PAGE TO STAGE

Creating Theater from Narrative Literature. In a 90-minute workshop, Sherlock Holmes playwright Tal Aviezer discusses his process for adapting Sir Arthur Conan’s stories for the stage, then helps participants to create their own short theater pieces from classic stories.
